While relatively new to the financial planning industry, Jarvi brings more than 20 years of experience as a business data analyst across a range of industries, including banking, telecommunications, medical devices, airlines, and oil and gas. Throughout his career, he developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working behind the scenes in large organisations.
Jarvi decided to make the move to 5 Financial because he wanted his work to have a more direct impact on people’s lives. Being part of a team that helps clients achieve clarity and confidence about their financial future was a natural next step.
He is currently working towards completing a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (expected completion May 2026). Jarvi holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Penn State University (USA) and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from URBE in Venezuela.
Outside of work, Jarvi enjoys spending time with his beloved greyhound, Neo. He also has a keen interest in technology, gaming and new scientific discoveries.
