Brendon holds a Diploma of Financial Services. His areas of expertise include analytics, financial services legislation, process design, software and technology, and financial strategies and products.
Outside of work, Brendon enjoys spending time with his wife and their young children. An interesting fact about him – Brendon has played Ultimate Frisbee for over two decades and has competed in multiple national championships.
Brendon is particularly interested in how good systems can help people do their best work. He enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, making information easier to access and helping teams spend more time on the work that matters most. His approach is practical and measured, with a focus on finding solutions that are useful, sustainable and easy to adopt.
A big part of Brendon’s role is balancing the needs of the business today with where 5 Financial is heading next. He enjoys thinking ahead, identifying areas for improvement and helping the firm stay ready for change. Whether it involves people, platforms or processes, he looks for ways to support steady growth without losing sight of the client experience.
Brendon also appreciates the variety that comes with working across different parts of the business. No two days are quite the same, and he enjoys the mix of strategic thinking, problem-solving and working with people.
