Adelina looks after the 5 Financial team and manages the firm’s human resources function. As the business continues to grow, she focuses on creating a supportive and positive workplace where people feel valued, well looked after, and have opportunities to grow and succeed.
Adelina joined the team in 2025 and brings more than 30 years of industry experience. She had long been connected with 5 Financial before formally joining the business, in fact, she previously worked with the team as their business coach.
She enjoys being part of 5 Financial because it aligns with her belief that all Australians should have access to high-quality financial advice that supports them in achieving their goals. Having seen the business up close for many years, Adelina says she has always admired the way the team delivers exceptional guidance to clients.
Adelina holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University, a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University, and a Certificate of Brokers Registration from the University of Western Sydney. Her expertise lies in business coaching and practice management.
Outside of work, Adelina enjoys spending time with her family – sharing great meals together and telling stories that leave everyone crying with laughter!
