Client service manager (team lead)

Our client service managers play a key leadership role in ensuring that every part of our advice process runs smoothly, professionally, and to the highest standard. Rather than being hands-on with every task, this role is all about coordinating the workflow, supporting a capable team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with our advisers and admin team to ensure that client outcomes are delivered seamlessly — on time, with accuracy, and in a way that reflects the care and professionalism we’re known for. Requirements

  • Proven experience in client service or operations within financial services
  • Strong organisational and workflow management skills
  • High standards of client care and attention to detail
  • Confidence using client management systems
